Tenancy & Onboarding

Tenancy agreements at Urban Square are structured to balance security for both landlord and tenant while offering flexibility. Standard lease terms range from three to six months, with renewal  & payment options available. The onboarding process at Urban Square is designed to be seamless and transparent. It begins with the submission of an application and the necessary documentation. Once received, our leasing team conducts due diligence before allocating a unit and issuing a draft tenancy agreement for review. Upon approval, tenants sign the tenancy agreement and proceed with initial payments, which include rent deposits and advance rent. Following this, a fit-out period of 30 to 60 days is provided, allowing tenants to tailor their units to their specific requirements. Once inspections and compliance checks are completed, the unit is officially handed over for operations to commence.
